Shipping and Return Policy

General Return Policy

All products sold and shipped* from Thunderstone Manufacturing may be returned within 30 days of receiving them. All product(s) returned must be in original packaging, including all items originally packaged with the product (documentation, user’s manual, accessories, etc). All products are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. After 30 days, all purchases are final.

ITEMS THAT ARE DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED IN SHIPPING, OR INCORRECT

Damaged Freight, Defects, or Incorrect Shipments: Customers should not refuse a shipment. If your item(s) are defective, are not the item you ordered, or were damaged in shipping, you will be entitled to a full refund or replacement, which will then be credited back to your original method of payment only. If the return is a result of our error, defective materials, or damaged shipping, you will not be charged for return shipping. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must accompany all returns and will be issued by Thunderstone Customer Service upon request.

Shipping

All orders are shipped F.O.B. from Thunderstone Manufacturing, LLC, Lincoln, NE. All shipments are made by the most reasonable means in accordance with the size and weight of the order. Other shipping arrangements may be made, but must accompany the sales order.
